Key Responsibilities
- Conduct preliminary research, data collection, and industry analysis to form planning strategies and directions.
- Independently write project proposals, including overall framework, content planning, execution process, and budget estimates.
- Collaborate with internal teams (design, technical, operations, etc.) to facilitate project execution and control project progress and quality.
- Participate in client presentations and modify and optimize proposals based on feedback.
- Write project-related copy, such as promotional articles, event descriptions, video scripts, and commentary texts.
- Track project performance, prepare closing reports, and summarize reusable methodologies and best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above in Advertising, Marketing, Communications, Chinese, Curation, or related fields.
- At least 5 years of experience in planning-related roles, with proven cases of independently leading complete projects.
- Strong logical thinking and copywriting skills, able to independently complete planning proposals and presentations.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (PPT/Word/Excel); basic knowledge of design or video software is a plus.
- Good communication and coordination skills, able to liaise with clients and multiple internal departments to drive project success.
- Strong sense of responsibility, able to work under pressure, and adapt to a project-based fast-paced working environment.
