Job Description:

  • Responsible for aftermarket product sales and achieving sales targets for assigned customers. Drive projects forward through individual effort and team support.
  • Collaborate closely with the product team and Field Service Engineers (FSE) to gather customer needs and market insights, actively engage customers to facilitate smooth daily sales operations.
  • Implement strategic selling and pricing for service products, developing customer proposals including service plans, fixed-price services, repair services, and optimization products.
  • Develop and nurture strong working relationships with customers in your territory to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Provide technical solutions and support to customers to enhance machine utilization.
  • Collaborate within the team to achieve business goals.
  • Coordinate with the service team to provide solutions to customers.
  • Responsible for accounts receivable in compliance with company credit policies.

Qualifications:

  • University graduate or above, major in mechanical engineering or a related field.
  • Over 2 years of experience in technical sales, preferably in the machinery industry or project management.
  • Develop customer accounts with a strategic approach and identify business opportunities.
  • Excellent communication, presentation skills, problem-solving abilities, and customer orientation.
  • Strong growth mindset with a track record of achieving targets and a proactive attitude.
  • Proficiency in both English and Chinese.
