We are seeking a Field Service Engineer to deliver exceptional on-site service.

Key Responsibilities:



  1. Perform on-site preventative maintenance, verification, troubleshooting, and repair of electro-mechanical and servo-hydraulic systems.



  2. Execute new system installations and retrofits, ensuring compliance with quality standards.



  3. Manage service schedule and travel efficiently within and outside the assigned territory.



  4. Complete all service documentation and administrative tasks (e.g., reports, purchase orders) accurately and promptly.



  5. Promote additional products and services while actively generating qualified sales leads.



  6. Maintain company property and uphold a professional image and attitude at all times.



  7. Commit to continuous improvement of technical and non-technical skills through training.



Requirements:



  1. Degree/Diploma in Electrical/Electronic Technology or equivalent; relevant certification is preferred.



  2. 3+ years of related experience in technical service/repair, including 2+ years of self-scheduled field service.



  3. Proven knowledge in repairing electro-mechanical closed-loop control systems and interpreting schematics.



  4. Intermediate to advanced computer skills (MS Office, etc.) and excellent written/oral communication skills.



  5. Ability to work independently, manage diverse customer situations, and prioritize a dynamic service schedule.



  6. Strong focus on safety, quality procedures, and positive, productive teamwork.



  7. Willingness to travel extensively (approx. 3 nights/week) and adapt to non-traditional duties as assigned.
