As an AI Assistant Ambassador to promote and introduce the digital tools to client's agents.

Remark: There is no cross-selling involved, and no sales targets or KPIs associated with this activity.
The audience will consist solely of client's sales agents.

• Promote and introduce the digital tools to agents, encouraging adoption and participation in promotional campaigns.
• Demonstrate key features, guide agents through system access and usage, and provide basic user support.
• Distribute promotional gifts to eligible agents and obtain acknowledgement of receipt.
• Maintain accurate participation records, perform data entry and reconciliation, and prepare campaign reports.

• Secondary education or above; fresh graduates welcome.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a proactive, customer-oriented attitude.
• Confident in engaging advisors and demonstrating digital tools.
• Basic Microsoft Office skills and proficiency in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin.
• Interested in AI and digital technology, with a willingness to learn and work at different service centres as assigned.
