Responsibilities:

  • Provide talent searching support and sourcing candidates from different channels
  • Conduct interview, screening and evaluate the candidates
  • Summarize the candidate's profile and provide comment or briefing to the line manager
  • Understand the hiring needs and posting job advertisement

 

Requirements:

  • Non-degree tertiary or above, in Human Resources Management is preferred
  • With talent acquisition or recruitment experience preferred
  • Energetic, responsible, detail minded, able to work multi-tasks and independently
  • Fluent in oral and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
  • Fresh graduates with excellent interpersonal and communication skills will also be considered
