• Plan and execute end-to-end experiential marketing events and activities

We are looking for an organized, detail-oriented Experiential Marketing & Events Specialist to support a leading global technology company’s industry and product marketing initiatives. This role will be based at the client’s Hong Kong office and will work closely with multiple internal stakeholders to plan, execute and optimize experiential and marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create compelling reference cases to support industry and product marketing narratives.
  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to deliver end-to-end experiential operations, including planning and scheduling, promotional activities and pre-event preparation, on-site execution, and post-event follow-up.
  • Work in partnership with internal teams to conduct media briefings and compile comprehensive performance reports.
  • Provide hands-on guidance to sellers and partners throughout required processes to maximize budget efficiency and ensure accurate financial recording; manage document approvals and sign-offs; report on performance metrics and actionable insights to the ATU lead and segment lead to optimize execution strategies and resolve issues effectively.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in marketing, events, experiential marketing, or campaign operations.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple activities and stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Solid experience in event operations (planning, promotion, execution, and post-event reporting).
  • Proficient in managing budgets, processes and documentation, with strong attention to detail and compliance.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills; able to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.
