Responsibilities: 

  • Manage end-to-end payroll process including final payments and annual tax filings accurately and on schedule, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements and company policies
  • Administer employee benefits, employee compensation insurance, attendance and leave management
  • Participate in the onboarding and offboarding process
  • Support the enhancement of the HRIS system
  • Maintain up-to-date personal records in HRIS system
  • Compile various HR reports, statistics, and analysis

Job Description:

  • Higher Diploma holder related discipline with 2-year relevant experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel is essential
  • Knowledge in HK Employment and other employment related ordinances would be an advantage
  • Resourceful, independent with strong problem-solving, multi-tasking and organizational abilities
  • Excellent written and communication skills
  • Immediate available is preferred
