Responsiblities:
- Take charge of end-to-end Contractor Management process on onboarding/offboarding activities, payroll/visa management
- Administration to update HR systems on new hires, leavers and timesheet/attendance records
- Manage on Contractors' timesheets and payroll inquiry
- Work closely with Finance team on invoicing
- Prepare headcount data for reporting usage
- Other Ad-hoc HR duties as assigned
Requirements:
- University degree preferred with minimum 2 year experience in administration area, preferrable with HR experience
- Effective communicator with excellent presentation and customer service skills
- Have ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced and results-driven environment
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
- Passion for being in the "people business" with excellent client management and customer servicing skills
