We’re looking for a versatile professional who can seamlessly connect application development with IT support for our client.

This role blends hands-on low-code development on the Microsoft Power Platform with delivering technical support for Microsoft 365 services. The ideal candidate brings strong problem-solving abilities, a customer-first approach, and proven experience creating business solutions that drive productivity and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

1. Low-Code Development (Microsoft Power Platform)

  • Design, build, and maintain applications using Power Apps and Power Automate to streamline business processes.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyse requirements; translate them into functional, user-friendly
  • Integrate Power Platform solutions with Microsoft 365 (SharePoint, Teams, Outlook) and relevant third-party systems.
  • Implement governance, licensing optimisation, security best practices
  • Develop and maintain documentation, conduct user training, release notes, end-user guides, and training materials, and provide ongoing support for deployed apps and flows

2. IT Service Desk & M365 Support

  • Act as the first point of contact for Microsoft 365 services (Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, Intune, Entra ID) and in-house applications technical issues
  • Troubleshoot and resolve incidents and service requests efficiently, escalate complex issues when required
  • Maintain accurate ticket documentation in the ITSM tools
  • Support user lifecycle management (onboarding/offboarding), access provisioning, permissions, and basic identity tasks in Microsoft 365 and in-house applications.
  • Monitor system health, proactively identify and address potential and recurring problems

3. Procurement, Budgeting & Forecasting

  • Source and evaluate vendors; negotiate to secure quality goods and services at optimal terms
  • Develop and maintain demand plans and financial forecasts to inform capacity and budget decisions.
  • Prepare, track, and reconcile budgets; ensure spend aligns with strategic priorities and cost controls.
  • Analyse spend and usage data to identify trends, risks, savings opportunities and performance improvement
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely procurement, accurate forecasting, and effective budget management

Requirement & Qualifications

  • Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related disciplines (or equivalent experience)
  • Proficiency Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 ecosystem (SharePoint, Teams, Exchange Online)
  • Experience providing IT service desk support using an ITSM/ticketing tool
  • Experience supporting Windows OS, Office applications, and network/connectivity troubleshooting
  • Practical experience in procurement, vendor management, budgeting, or financial forecasting is a plus
  • Service-oriented attitude with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to prioritise tasks effectively in a dynamic environment
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical mindset
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working independently or in a team
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English
  • Fluent Mandarin is preferred
