Our client is a a long‑established engineering and equipment solutions provider supporting construction, infrastructure, industrial, and energy sectors, with capabilities spanning equipment supply, project execution, commissioning, and after‑sales services. The company operates within a structured, safety‑driven environment and focuses on long‑term customer partnerships. They are looking for a Sales Coordinator (Mechanical) to support the sales and bussiness team.
Responsibilities
Provide day‑to‑day administrative and coordination support to the sales team across equipment sales, rental, and related projects
Draft and prepare sales quotations, tenders, and supporting technical or commercial documents
Liaise with internal departments and external partners to manage order processing, delivery schedules, and project follow‑ups
Maintain and update sales data, reports, price lists, and customer records in the ERP system
Monitor documentation and workflows to ensure compliance with internal controls, ISO, and ESH requirements
Assist with general departmental duties and other assigned tasks as needed
Requirements
Diploma or above in Business Administration, Engineering Management, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline
Relevant experience in sales support, sales coordination, or administrative roles
Exposure to equipment, engineering, or construction‑related industries is an advantage
Comfortable using MS Office and ERP systems (experience with Microsoft AX is a plus)
Good written and spoken English and Chinese; Mandarin skills are beneficial
Well‑organised, detail‑oriented, and able to coordinate effectively with multiple stakeholders
