Responsibilities

 

  • Capture and document business requirements (e.g., user stories, process maps, functional requirements) with guidance from senior colleagues.
  • Support process analysis across Middle Office activities to identify gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities.
  • Assist with data analysis and MI reporting (volumes, turnaround times, exceptions) and summarise insights for stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders across Front Office, Operations, Compliance/Risk, and Technology to clarify needs and priorities.
  • Support UAT preparation and execution (test scenarios, evidence, defect logging, retesting and sign-off tracking).
  • Maintain clear documentation and action logs (RAID, meeting notes, decisions) to ensure traceability and audit readiness.
  • Contribute to the creation and upkeep of SOPs, user guides, and change communications/training materials.

 

Requirements

 

  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail; able to structure problems and present clear findings.
  • Good communication skills with the ability to produce concise, high-quality documentation.
  • Microsoft office (Excel/PowerPoint/word etc..), as must and knowledge or experience on VBA will be plus, exposure to data/reporting tools is a plus. Interest in Private Banking/Middle Office operations and a strong risk-and-controls mindset.
