Key Responsibilities

Account Management

  • Act as the primary point of contact for key B2C accounts, including supermarkets, e-commerce platforms, and retail chains.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with key stakeholders to ensure client loyalty.

Sales Strategy & Growth

  • Identify and capitalize on cross-sell and upsell opportunities to maximize product penetration.
  • Proactively prospect and secure new B2C opportunities within assigned accounts.

Customer Engagement

  • Gain deep insights into customer needs, market trends, and strategic objectives.
  • Address and resolve customer concerns swiftly to maintain high satisfaction levels.

Collaboration

  • Partner with marketing, operations, and supply chain teams to deliver seamless, integrated solutions.
  • Develop and deliver persuasive sales proposals and product presentations tailored to client needs.

Performance Monitoring

  • Track and analyze account performance, providing regular reports and actionable insights.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing to balance profitability and client satisfaction.

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 4–6 years of experience in B2C key account management or strategic sales.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong business acumen with a customer-focused approach.
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in Mandarin is a plus.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
