• Hotel / Private clubhouse / Michelin Restaurant background
  • Native / Fluent in Cantonese
  • Able to work on shift, 5 days work per week

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for smooth and efficient service flow of the assigned section in the Restaurant.

  • Responsible for menu proposal requested by guests.

  • Check guests’ feedback during and after the meal. Report the feedback to Assistant Manager / Manager if necessary

  • Lead the set-up and clean-up of the Restaurant.

  • Train new staff members (buddy system) in accordance to established guidelines.

  • Inspect and maintain all operating equipment in good working condition and advise supervisor to raise repair and maintenance requests when necessary.

 

Requirements:

  • 5 years' related restaurant experience is required
  • Experience in hotels & clubhouse or michelin restaurants.
  • Good communication skills in both English and Chinese
