Senior Manager, Food & Beverage

Salary: HKD 65,000 per month

This is a senior Food & Beverage leadership role responsible for driving operational excellence, enhancing guest experiences, and improving business performance across F&B outlets. You will work closely with outlet teams and key stakeholders to ensure high service standards, strong financial results, and innovative dining experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide hands‑on, on‑floor leadership and support to outlet teams
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth daily operations and high guest satisfaction
• Maintain consistent service quality across all F&B outlets

• Develop creative promotions, events, and partnerships to enhance the dining experience
• Monitor business performance and implement strategies to improve revenue and profitability

• Monitor staff productivity and operational efficiency
• Implement cost‑effective measures without compromising service quality

• Build strong relationships with members and guests
• Conduct staff training to maintain high service and hospitality standards

• Ensure compliance with standard operating procedures, food safety, and occupational safety regulations
• Promote sustainable and resource‑efficient practices across operations

Who They Are Looking For

• University degree or Higher Diploma in Hospitality Management from a reputable institution
• Hygiene Manager Certification required

• Minimum 5 years of managerial experience in a sizable hospitality operation
• International exposure is an advantage
• Strong knowledge of:
  • Food & Beverage operations
  • Fine dining products
  • Local and international cuisines and wines

• Familiarity with HACCP systems and hospitality IT systems
• Fluent in English
• Cantonese and Mandarin proficiency is an advantage
