Our client, a top tier company is looking for a Assistant IT Manager (~40k, Marketing Project) to join their team.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary IT liaison for the Marketing Team, offering technical input on digital marketing tools, tracking setups (e.g., Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel), SEO/SEM platforms, and analytics integrations.
  • Support the end-to-end e-commerce platform transformation project, including system testing, data migration coordination, vendor communication, and post-launch troubleshooting.
  • Collaborate with external IT vendors and internal stakeholders to implement scalable and secure technical solutions aligned with business goals.
  • Document technical processes and maintain system reliability across digital touchpoints.
  • Provide responsive IT helpdesk support to internal users, ensuring minimal disruption to daily operations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of hands-on IT experience, with exposure to digital marketing technologies and/or e-commerce environments.
  • Practical knowledge of SEO/SEM tools, web analytics (e.g., Google Analytics), CRM/marketing automation platforms, and common e-commerce systems (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical colleagues.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to support fast-paced digital initiatives.
