Responsibilities

• Oversee rigging operations for live performances, ensuring safety and efficiency.
• Collaborate with production teams to set up and dismantle rigging systems for various shows.
• Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of rigging equipment.
• Provide technical support during rehearsals and performances to ensure smooth execution.
• Mentor junior technicians and assist in their development.

Requirements

• Work experience or crew operation in a theater/stage, acrobatic, or dance show environment (e.g., Cirque du Soleil, Disneyland, Universal Studios, or similar scale).
• A college diploma or degree in live entertainment or theater production, or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in theater, stage, or live show operations.
• Basic English communication skills; proficiency in using English as a working language is required.
• Holding IRATA and ETCP certificates is preferred.
