Job Summary

Our clinet is seeking a Finance Manager and Finance Director to oversee group financial operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and lead financial performance analysis for a listed company in the retail industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee group financial operations, including financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, treasury management, internal controls, and regulatory compliance
• Lead and manage the finance team to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting in accordance with HKFRS, company laws, and listing regulations
• Prepare and review management reports, analyzing business performance and key financial metrics with actionable recommendations
• Partner with the Commercial Team and Department Heads on a monthly basis to analyze performance, support business growth, improve operational efficiency, and identify cost‑saving opportunities
• Maintain strong relationships with investors, banks, and financial institutions to support corporate finance and funding strategies
• Participate in investment and M&A due diligence, including management discussions and financial analysis
• Drive process improvements and digital transformation initiatives to enhance finance operations and reporting efficiency

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline
• CPA or equivalent professional qualification is required
• Minimum 7-10 years of progressive financial leadership experience, preferably within a publicly listed company
• Strong knowledge of Hong Kong Financial Reporting Standards (HKFRS), listing rules, and compliance requirements
• Hands‑on experience in corporate administration and company secretarial duties for both local and offshore entities is an advantage
• Proven experience in the retail or consumer sector is highly preferred
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and interpersonal skills
• Proactive, detail‑oriented, and able to perform effectively in a fast‑paced environment
• Proficient in English and Cantonese

Salary & Benefits

• Monthly salary: HK$50,000 – 80,000
