Network Support/Network Engineer (Up to 40K)

Duties:
- Install, deploy, maintain, and support server and network infrastructure
- Provide technical support for Internet, Intranet, websites, user applications, and system software/hardware
- Monitor systems and perform troubleshooting for network and infrastructure issues
- Deliver on-call support for production incidents and participate in shift duties
- Assist in infrastructure planning and system improvements
Requirements:- Higher diploma in related disciplines
- At least 3 years of experience in network administration and infrastructure support
- Hands-on experience with switches, routers, firewalls, Wi-Fi controllers, IPS/IDS, load balancers, and network troubleshooting
- Solid knowledge of Windows, Red Hat Linux, VMware, SAN storage, and TCP/IP (LAN/WAN)
- Good command of English and Chinese, willing to work 7×24 on-call and non-office hours
