Our client, is a leading provider of integrated software solutions based in Hong Kong. To cope with their rapid expansion, they are now looking for a recruiter to support the business growth.
Job Responsibilities
- An In-house role to manage full recruitment lifecycle: job postings, CV screening, interviews, offer preparation for entry-to-mid level roles within IT and Product Management.
- Proactively Source, interview, and assess high-calibre candidates for both local and global market.
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
- Drive employer branding activities across online platforms and recruitment channels.
- Coordinate onboarding frameworks, including buddy programs and new joiner integration.
- Partner with HR and hiring managers to ensure a smooth new joiner experience.
- Support workforce planning and hiring forecasts.
- Respond to recruitment queries and/or perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the company.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree of above in Human Resources Management, Business Management, Psychology or related disciplines
- Strong sense of business acumen and self-motivated, resilient and able to manage multiple hiring priorities.
- At least 3 years solid recruitment experience gained from agency and/or in-house MNC/corporate environment (ideally in IT SaaS services) or in a target-driven IT and product management role.
- High integrity and professionalism. Responsible and respect contracts, processes, and deliver on your promises.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills in English, Mandarin and Cantonese. - Well-versed in Employment Ordinance and statutory requirements.
