Job Duties：

• Deliver initial technical assistance for IT infrastructure, software applications, and hardware devices.
• Diagnose and resolve issues involving software malfunctions, hardware failures, and network connectivity.
• Oversee system health and perform routine upkeep to maintain peak operational performance.
• Support the deployment, setup, and upgrading of both hardware and software components.
• Document system setups, operational procedures, and troubleshooting protocols for future reference.
• Safeguard data accuracy and security through proper backup strategies and recovery plans.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• At least 3 years’ experience in a system support or technical support role.
• Familiar with various operating systems, including Windows, Linux, and macOS.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in spoken and written communication in both Chinese and English.
