Job Duties:
- Deliver initial technical assistance for IT infrastructure, software applications, and hardware devices.
- Diagnose and resolve issues involving software malfunctions, hardware failures, and network connectivity.
- Oversee system health and perform routine upkeep to maintain peak operational performance.
- Support the deployment, setup, and upgrading of both hardware and software components.
- Document system setups, operational procedures, and troubleshooting protocols for future reference.
- Safeguard data accuracy and security through proper backup strategies and recovery plans.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree is required.
- At least 3 years’ experience in a system support or technical support role.
- Familiar with various operating systems, including Windows, Linux, and macOS.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in spoken and written communication in both Chinese and English.
