Principal Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with project managers to execute the Due Diligence Questionnaire (DDQ) AI Project to, ensuring that all project milestones are achieved and any deviations are promptly addresses. 
  • Assist in completing all internal processes and documentation across various project workstreams, facilitating smooth project implementation through close collaboration with the IT team. Act as a liaison to bridge gaps between technical requirements and practical execution, ensuring a seamless integration of new system and processes.
  • Work with the core DDQ team in Guangzhou to conduct comprehensive User Acceptance Test (UAT), ensuring that the project meets all specified requirements prior to going live.
  • Support the preparation of Client Due Diligence Questionnaires (DDQs) and Requests for Proposals (RFPs) / Requests for Information (RFIs) to acquire the essential business knowledge for conducting UAT and understanding the business requirements critical for successful project deployment.
  • Understand, adhere to, and demonstrate compliance with all relevant internal and external rules, regulations, and procedures that apply to the conduct of the business in which you are involved, specifically Internal Controls and any Compliance policies

 

Qualifications/Requirements

  • University degree in Finance, Banking or business related subject
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in banking industry, specifically in custody and fund administration securities services
  • Strong English writing skill to articulate client documents
  • Strong communication skills in both Chinese and English
  • Strong interpersonal, analytical, problem solving, decision making skills and a team player
  • Ability to coordinate to drive delivery in a complex and constant changing environment
  • Experience with managing different stakeholders and projects from end to end.
  • Attention to detail and drive best-in-class deliverables
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
