Summary: The main function of the Program Manager is to plan, direct, and coordinate the execution of the Future UW Blueprint program’s initiatives. This role focuses on program management, ensuring successful delivery of underwriting transformation, digital submission enhancements, and operational efficiency improvements across multiple pillars.
Job Responsibilities:
Coordinate and manage the execution of initiatives under the Future UW Blueprint program (e.g. including GenAI-powered underwriting, digital submission, and distribution tool enhancements).
Develop and maintain detailed program plans, timelines, and resource allocations to meet strategic milestones.
Present program updates, reports, and findings to senior stakeholders and governance forums.
Collaborate with management and cross-functional teams to define program specifications and ensure alignment with business goals.
Skills:
Strong verbal and written communication skills, excellent problem-solving, analytical, and organizational abilities.
Attention to detail and interpersonal skills.
Strong leadership and mentoring skills necessary to provide support and constructive feedback.
Strong knowledge of production processes, quality control, costs and other techniques for maximizing the effective manufacture and distribution of goods. Familiarity with insurance underwriting processes and digital transformation programs.
Education/Experience: Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field. PMI or PMP certification preferred. 10+ years' experience required. Experience in managing large-scale, cross-functional business transformation programs.
