Responsibilities

  • Assist the Sports and Leisure Manager in leading, supervising, and motivating all full‑time and part‑time staff.
  • Ensure that all facilities are managed and maintained to top‑tier standards to provide an excellent customer experience.
  • Develop strong relationships with members and address any complaints related to the Sports & Leisure team.
  • Conduct research and analyze statistics on program and facility usage to make informed recommendations.
  • Ensure that operations within your areas of responsibility comply with SOP requirements.
  • Implement preventive and corrective measures to ensure the safety of members and guests.
  • Support the Sports and Leisure Manager in managing the department's budget and marketing plan.
  • Create schedules for all recreation staff and report any irregularities to the supervisor.
  • Oversee the management of the Club's official sports teams.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 5 years of supervisory experience in the leisure or recreation sectors.
  • Strong leadership skills and excellent interpersonal abilities, with a proactive approach to interacting with customers and staff.
  • Excellent communication skills in both English and Chinese.
  • Hands‑on experience with MS Office applications.
  • Customer‑focused, with strong people management practices, a positive attitude, and a good team player.
