Duties:

• Handle debt collection for non-performing clients (primarily involving SMEs and retail individuals), develop and implement recovery and disposal strategies, including legal proceedings, loan restructuring arrangements, collateral disposal, SFGS guarantee claim applications, loan write-offs, etc；
• Communicating effectively with different non-performing clients and third-party professional institutions (e.g., law firms, financial advisors) in the process;
• Handle Stage 3 impairment provision calculation and applications;
• Handle and maintain client records and reports related to non-performing clients, internal application and reports, external documents for legal proceedings/ restructuring/ collateral disposal, etc;
• Possessing strong credit risk awareness and familiarity with legal processes related to debt collection.

Requirements :

• Degree holder with >5-8 years of relevant experience in banking credit or problem client management preferred;
  
  

Chinese:

• 處理不良客戶（主要涉及中小企業和零售個人）的債務催收相關跟進工作，制定並實施清收與處置策略，包括法律訴訟、貸款重組安排、押品處置、SFGS擔保索償申請、貸款核銷等；
• 於過程中與不良客戶、第三方專業機構（例如：律師樓、財務顧問等）等進行有效溝通；
• 處理第三階減值撥備計算及申請；
• 處理及維護不良客戶相關客戶管理記錄及報告、內部申請文件及報告、對外法律訴訟/重組/押品處置文件等；
• 持有大學學位，並具備至少5-8年銀行業信貸或問題客戶管理相關經驗者優先；
• 具備敏銳的信用風險意識，並熟悉與債務催收相關的法律流程。
