Our client – IT Solutions Firm, is now looking for Account Manager join within their team.

 


What you'll be doing?

  • Develop accounts: Grow and penetrate designated enterprise accounts to meet business objectives and revenue targets.
  • Identify opportunities: Maintain a proactive approach to identifying and capitalizing on business opportunities within assigned accounts.
  • Engage with executives: Build relationships with C-level executives, understand client needs, and deliver innovative solutions.
  • Provide solutions: Offer professional advice and solutions focused on Agentic Automation, Cybersecurity, and Smart Workstyle.
  • Build relationships: Cultivate strong, long-term relationships with customers and provide exceptional after-sales support.
  • Stay informed: Keep up-to-date with industry trends and IT technology developments to provide valuable insights.

 

Who are they looking for?

  • Education: Higher Diploma or above in Business Management or related disciplines.
  • Experience: At least 1 year of IT sales and account management experience.
  • Knowledge: Strong knowledge and market intelligence in IT solutions, particularly in agentic automation, cybersecurity, and smart workplace technologies.
  • Skills: Consultative selling skills, positive attitude, excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Language proficiency: Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese is essential for effective communication with clients and colleagues.
