Responsibilities

• Designs and implements secure AI applications (front-end and back-end), leveraging LLMs, RAG/web search, and solutions for translation and transcription
• Performs data preprocessing, cleansing, and model fine-tuning to optimize performance
• Develops RPA solutions, including tools for data analysis and automated reporting
• Implements and maintains CI/CD pipelines to streamline development and deployment processes
• Carries out additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by manager

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Artificial Intelligence or a related discipline
• Demonstrates proficiency in AI development technologies such as Python, Node.js, React, RabbitMQ, Docker, DBMS, and web/data security practices
• Possesses working knowledge of RPA and analytics tools, including VBA, Power BI, and Microsoft Access
• Shows strong initiative, creativity, and adaptability, with the ability to stay current on emerging AI trends
• Exhibits strong communication skills, ability to work independently and under pressure
• Fluent in written or spoken both English and Chinese
