Responsibilities
- Handle customers enquires in relation to account opening and other banking products and services via phone, livechat and emails in a professional manner.
- Handle customer's complaint in accordance with the regulatory requirements and internal policies/procedures.
- Work closely with the Operations Department and manage outbound review check.
- Prepare reports for the supervisor.
- Reviewing operation procedures and provide quality insights.
- Handle ad-hoc tasks assigned.
Requirement
- Diploma holder or above in any disciplines
- 1 year working experience, customer service or complaint handling experience in retail or corporate banking sector is preferred
- Customer oriented mindset with commitment to deliver quality service
- A good team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Willing to work in shifts
- Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, including Putonghua
