Key Responsibilities

  • 歡迎並引導客戶進入銀行大廳,確保客戶感到受重視和舒適。
    Welcome and guide customers into the bank hall, ensuring they feel valued and comfortable.
  • 回答客戶的查詢,提供有關銀行產品和服務的資訊。
    Respond to customer inquiries and provide information about bank products and services.
  • 協助客戶填寫表格及處理基本交易。
    Assist customers in filling out forms and processing basic transactions.
  • 識別並報告客戶需求,協助推廣適合的產品和服務。
    Identify and report customer needs, assisting in promoting suitable products and services.
  • 參與定期的培訓和會議,保持對銀行政策和程序的了解。
    Participate in regular training and meetings to stay informed about bank policies and procedures.
  • 協助保持大廳的整潔和有序,確保所有宣傳材料的更新和可見性。
    Help maintain the cleanliness and order of the hall, ensuring all promotional materials are updated and visible.

Qualifications

  • 高中或同等學歷,相關工作經驗者優先。
    High school diploma or equivalent; relevant work experience preferred.
  • 良好的人際溝通能力和客戶服務技巧。
    Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • 能夠在快節奏的環境中有效工作,具備團隊合作精神。
    Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with a team-oriented mindset.
  • 具備基本的數字處理能力,能夠使用銀行系統及辦公軟件。
    Basic numerical processing skills; ability to use banking systems and office software.
  • 語言能力:流利的中文及英語,其他語言者優先考慮。
    Language skills: Fluent in Chinese and English; other languages are a plus.
