Job Duties:

• 1. Participate in the implementation of user acceptance testing, regression testing, production environment verification and trial operation of system optimization projects involving AI functions
• 2. Based on business requirements and system function description documents, write test plans, test scenarios and test cases, prepare test accounts and related test environment settings, perform manual and/or develop automated tests, and evaluate the accuracy of test content, including evaluating the accuracy of AI-generated content and ensuring the stability of AI output
• 3. Work closely with the project team and stakeholders to help clarify needs, identify defects and potential problems
• 4. Properly record, report, follow up and test and verify each test scenario and case, coordinate with the development team on the priority of system defect correction, and properly solve problems
• 5. Assist in user training, provide testing support and prepare relevant operating instructions

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree / Higher Diploma / Associate Degree in related field
• At least 1 year experience in related duties
• Experience in banking/ finance/ insurance project is preferred
• Familiar with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Chinese & English typing
