Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for store management, including daily checks and maintenance of product displays, floral arrangements, wall art, lighting, and window displays.
- Manage employee standards, including training and daily oversight of staff appearance to ensure compliance with brand image standards.
- Assist with daily customer reception and sales activities in the store.
- Handle customer complaints in the store.
- Supervise the implementation of customer service standards and processes; assist the customer service department in addressing store service issues.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree holder
- 6+ years of work experience in an airline's cabin crew
- Outgoing personality, friendly
- Strong service awareness and approachability, with excellent communication and coordination skills
- Work Location: Hong Kong
- 5 day work, 9 hours shift
