Duties:

• Develop data-secure AI solutions (LLM + RAG/Web Search) for translation and transcription, covering both frontend and backend tasks.
• Support data cleansing, fine-tuning, and model experimentation to improve solution quality.
• Develop RPA automations (VBA; exploring Power Automate/Power BI) and statistical generation workflows.
• Use CI/CD to automate AI/RPA workflows and integrate deployments on an on-premises environment.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or related discipline; fresh graduates welcome if skills match.
• AI development: Python as primary language; experience with on-premises container solutions plus Qwen, and Lang Graph for RAG.
• RPA: knowledge of VBA; exposure to Power Automate/Power BI and Access is a plus.
• Working knowledge of Docker; basic familiarity with DBMS/web/security concepts (data security awareness required).
• Strong communication and writing skills; able to work under pressure as a team player.
