Responsibilities
- Lead new product development, launch, and promotion for young consumers (healthy food/snacks/beverages).
- Build youth-focused marketing strategies: trend research, budgeting, competitor analysis, and brand image.
- Develop digital/video channels and acquisition campaigns (FB, YouTube, IG, Xiaohongshu, etc.).
- Oversee video production (concept, shooting, scripts) and deliver ATL/BTL marketing assets (copy, ads, SEO/SEM, SMS, etc.).
- Manage KOL/influencer and PR relationships; monitor campaign performance and optimize.
- Support product portfolio management (inventory and revenue forecasting) and drive SEO/content initiatives.
- Track youth trends locally/internationally and participate in programs to grow sales/profit.
- Use JP/KR pop culture insights in marketing; manage key accounts and long-term partnerships.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in product management, preferably in health supplements, food, or FMCG.
- Proven track record of successfully launching and managing consumer products.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret market data and customer/user insights.
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams.
- Thorough understanding of the regulatory landscape and quality standards in the health supplements/food industry.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Chinese, both written and verbal.
- Degree in a relevant discipline such as Business, Marketing, or Consumer Science.
