Responsibilities

• Install, test, and commission security systems, including CABD/MATV/SMATV and satellite TV systems (SMATV/DTH).
• Provide on-site training for customers on system operation.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues effectively.
• Assist with project management tasks.
• Offer technical support to the Sales Department as needed.
• Manage the delivery and collection of equipment or parts for customers.
• Respond to emergency call-outs as requested by clients.

Requirements

• Diploma or Certificate in Electronic/Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related engineering field.
• Construction Industry Safety Training Certificate is a plus.
• Security Personnel Permit (Category D) is advantageous.
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience; experience with security systems (e.g., CCTV, Access Control, Burglar Alarms, EAS systems, CABD/MATV/SMATV) is preferred.
• Ability to work independently and thrive under pressure.
