• Collaborate with operations, engineering, legal, and other departments to open new stores, ensuring a smooth opening process.
• Continuously track new site opportunities in the assigned area and maintain good communication with property owners.
• Rigorously adhere to development standards and discipline, signing lease agreements with property owners to ensure the legality and compliance of contracts.

• Familiar with the Hong Kong market and have independent insights into urban business district development.
• Possess a certain level of property resources in the Hong Kong market.
• Have 3 or more years of experience in site selection and expansion in the food and beverage/retail sectors, with a thorough understanding of the entire site selection process for food and beverage/retail stores.
