As part of its ongoing transformation and growth, the organization is looking for an experienced Total Rewards professional to join its Group HR Centre of Excellence and drive strategic compensation and rewards initiatives across multiple markets.
The Opportunity
This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned Total Rewards specialist to shape and enhance reward strategies across a multinational organization. Working within the Group HR Centre of Excellence, you will play a key role in designing, implementing, and optimizing compensation and benefits programs that align with business objectives, support talent attraction and retention, and ensure market competitiveness.
You will partner closely with HR and business leaders across various locations, providing expert advice and data-driven insights to support reward decision-making and people strategy.
Key Responsibilities
Total Rewards Strategy & Operations
- Manage the full spectrum of compensation and benefits activities, including job evaluation, salary benchmarking, market surveys, pay structure reviews, and rewards analysis.
- Support the development and enhancement of total rewards frameworks, policies, and governance processes.
- Ensure reward practices remain competitive, equitable, and aligned with organizational objectives.
Annual Reward Cycles
- Lead end-to-end annual compensation processes, including salary reviews, incentive and bonus cycles, and workforce budgeting exercises.
- Provide detailed analysis and recommendations to support reward planning and decision-making.
- Partner with stakeholders to ensure smooth execution and effective communication of reward initiatives.
Reward Projects & Program Design
- Lead and support group-wide total rewards projects, including compensation structure reviews, benefits optimization, and rewards program enhancements.
- Evaluate market trends and best practices to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Drive the implementation of innovative and sustainable reward solutions across the organization.
Business Partnering & Advisory
- Collaborate closely with HR teams and business leaders across different regions to ensure consistent application of reward programs.
- Provide expert guidance on compensation-related matters and support complex reward decisions.
- Act as a trusted advisor on reward strategy, market positioning, and talent competitiveness.
Analytics & Market Intelligence
- Conduct regular compensation and benefits analysis to support data-driven recommendations.
- Monitor market developments, industry trends, and legislative changes impacting rewards programs.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and business cases for senior management and key stakeholders.
Requirements
Experience
- Degree holder in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in Total Rewards, Compensation & Benefits, or Reward Consulting.
- Proven experience managing compensation reviews, job evaluation exercises, salary benchmarking, and incentive programs.
- Track record of leading regional, group-level, or enterprise-wide reward initiatives.
- Experience gained from multinational corporations, shared services environments, or consulting firms is highly preferred.

Language Requirements
- Excellent command of English and Chinese.
- Proficiency in Mandarin is highly preferred.
