• Minimum 4 years of work experience relating to project management

Our client – Global financial company, is now looking for Agile Project Manager within their team.

Description:

On the job you will:

• Develop, track and manage project budget, plans, timelines and scope
• Manage project resources, including procuring project staff and providing development, motivation, coaching and advisory support
• Collaborate closely with functional project team members to define business requirements
• Lead developer teams in delivering high-quality software solutions that meet business needs
• Define test plans and ensure product defect-free status prior to User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
• Facilitate the UAT process and develop rollout plans and procedures
• Prepare and present cost-benefit analyses
• Ensure the application of appropriate systems development and project management processes
• Deliver presentations to steering committees or project sponsors

We are looking for someone with:

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field (e.g., computer science, computer engineering or related disciplines)
• MBA or other relevant advanced degree – preferred
• PMP or PMI certification – preferred
• 5–10 years of proven project management experience
• Experience in delivering technology and business application solutions in a large-scale, multi-platform systems environment Strong PC skills including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Chinese Word Processing, SQL
• Excellent communication skills, able to clearly express business processes and ideas verbally (English, Cantonese & Mandarin) and in written (English & Traditional Chinese)
• Strong people management and team building skills
• Flexibility and adaptability in exercising judgment in a changing environment, and capability to manage competing priorities
• Proven ability to quickly learn business processes and collaborate effectively with business partners at all organizational levels
• Strong risk assessment skills and ability to apply management principles to technology applications/products and business functions
