Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the monthly calculation, verification, and disbursement of payroll, ensuring that compensation data is accurate and the payroll processing workflow is completed on time.
- Manage employee attendance records, leave information, and relevant personnel changes, updating these details in the payroll system promptly.
- Assist the accounting department with daily administrative support tasks, including document organization, data entry, and internal coordination.
- Maintain good communication with the human resources and finance teams to ensure the integrity and compliance of payroll-related information.
- Prepare payroll reports and other related documentation regularly for supervisor review and archiving purposes.
Job Requirements:
- At least one year of experience in payroll processing or accounting-related work; prior experience in the beauty industry is preferred.
- Proficient in Excel and other office software, capable of quickly processing large amounts of data while ensuring accuracy.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Chinese and English, able to handle daily documentation and interdepartmental communication.
- Detail-oriented and responsible, with good time management skills, able to complete multiple tasks on time in a busy environment.
