Responsible for tasks throughout the end-to-end payroll processing cycle, involving activities such as data entry, payroll & incentive calculation and payroll reporting.
Adheres to payroll policies and procedures and complies with relevant law.
Administration document handling. (MPF, Leave records, taxation etc.)
Handle employees’ HR related enquiries.
Final Settlement Calculation.
Job Description:
Higher Diploma holder in Business Administration or related discipline with 2-year relevant experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel is essential
Knowledge in HK Employment and other employment related ordinances would be an advantage
Resourceful, independent with strong problem-solving, multi-tasking and organizational abilities
