Design human resources management system that are appropriate for the company's development goals and strategies, and set up human resources management policies and organizational structures for scientific talent.
Establish an effective talent selection and recruitment system, focusing on the recruitment of high-end talent positions, the use of various recruitment channels to meet the company's talent needs.
As a bridge between the company and employee to coordinate working relationships between employees and company, aim to build an open and dynamic working environment with positive workplace culture, improve employee’s satisfaction.
Provide advice to the management on HR resources strategy, policies and departmental structure, improve the company's overall management.
Handle training, compensation and benefit, appraisal and other daily HR tasks.
Handle the daily administrative work of the office. Establish, improve and execute the company's standardized administrative management system effectively.
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor Degree holder in Human Resources or any related disciplines
At least 8 years or above related working experience
Well versed with Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and other employment-related legislations
Self-initiative, strong analytical skill, detail-minded, well-organized, mature, self-motivated, be a good team player
Proficiency in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing
Immediate available will be a plus.
