Our client, is a leading Chinese bank in Hong Kong, they are currently looking for Agency Temp Operations Clerk to join their team.
Responsible
Oversee the entire onboarding process for new clients, actively follow up with both bank branches and internal stakeholders
Liaise with front office/ bank branches, responsible for client account opening as a maker
Conduct initial KYC reviews, screening existing and new clients for negative news and sanctions.
Perform variety of back office support functions, such as customer account maintenance, document filing and etc.
Provide support for miscellaneous system and regulatory projects, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and other related tasks associated with onboarding services
Experience Requirements:
Form 5 or above with at least 1 years of experience in client onboarding or KYC for retail clients
Experience in working with sales/front office and clients directly
Good interpersonal and communication skills with good written English and Chinese, knowledge of Mandarin would be a definite advantage.
Knowledgeable of Microsoft software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Chinese word processing.
Efficient, self-motivated, hardworking and good client servicing skills
