Assisting in day-to-day administrative tasks such as managing correspondence, answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and maintaining office supplies.
Maintaining and organizing organizational records, including personnel files, financial documents, and other important records. Ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and proper storage of documents.
Scheduling and coordinating meetings, conferences, and events.
Overseeing general office operations and ensuring smooth functioning. This may include managing office equipment, facilities, and maintenance.
Requirement:
Higher diploma or above.
Excellent writing and presentation skills.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Proficiency in spoken and written English and Mandarin.
Good knowledge on various MS Office functions.
