Responsibilities:
To conduct sales of education programs, understand the programs and the target audience and build long-term relationships
To develop and execute marketing campaigns, identify the target audience, set marketing goals, use a mix of online and offline channels, and track performance
To organize pre- and post-sales customer service, develop a customer service plan, train the team, and communicate proactively with parents and students
To motivate the sales team, set clear expectations, provide regular feedback and coaching, and create a positive team culture
To manage the product budget, track expenses and revenue, prioritize spending, and adjust the budget based on performance and market conditions
To develop and foster relationships within the global organization, reach out to other departments and teams, attend events, and participate in professional

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, hospitality or a related field
Minimum of 5years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the education industry
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to develop and execute marketing strategies
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
