Provide support for routine monitoring, configuration, and maintenance of network devices.
Perform first-tier end-user support for network connectivity problems.
Prepare and maintain documentation on network infrastructure, network setup, drawings, inventory, and guidelines.
Assist in evaluating new technologies and planning and implementing solutions to meet business requirements.
Handle urgent business requests and network deployment duties in a timely manner, using company-assigned facilities such as phone and laptop.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related disciplines.
Minimum of 2 years' experience in network implementations and operations, with strong technical exposure in LAN, WAN, switches, routers, and firewalls.
Solid experience in network infrastructure implementation projects, collaborating with internal technical teams and external support partners.
Hands-on experience in router and switch management for H3C/Cisco/Juniper, as well as firewall management on SonicWALL/Palo Alto/Checkpoint.
Self-motivated and well-organized, with good interpersonal skills, able to work independently or in a team.
Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese.
