Responsibilities: • Calling customers (doctors, nurses, admin. staff) to follow up sales orders through phone calls • Answering incoming calls from customers • Provide information about product’s features, benefits and prices • Meeting customers face-to-face whenever necessary • Coordinating events together with sales team • Influencing existing or potential customers to buy products or services. • Keep records of calls and other useful information
Requirement: • Bachelor’s degree is preferred • With internship/working/project experience on healthcare industry is preferred • With experience as telemarketer or similar sales/customer service role is preferred • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Good at MS excel, word, power point tools • Be proactive and self-motivated • Good problem-solving skill • Persistent and results-oriented • Patient and able to handle customer rejection
