Our client is a listed company, they are looking for Head of Sales (45K)(OTE: over HKD1M)(Online Ad sales)
Responsibilities:
Develop online marketing strategies and propose digital advertising products and social media marketing services to clients.
Show enthusiasm for sales and consistently meet monthly and quarterly sales goals by managing both existing and potential customer accounts.
Comprehend marketing requirements, create sales presentations and proposals, initiate cold and warm calls, conduct in-person meetings and networking events to discover prospective business accounts and successfully close sales deals.
Cultivate strong professional connections and foster long-term relationships with clients, media planners, and media agencies by serving as a trusted advisor.
Collaborate closely with internal teams to evaluate, enhance, and connect business opportunities.
Requirements:
University graduate preferably in business, social science, or related discipline
Minimum 8 years of solid experience in B2B sales, preferably with knowledge of advertising, media, digital marketing, events, etc.
Strong network with media agencies highly preferred
Hungry for sales achievement with a strong desire to exceed individual targets
Self-motivated with the capability to work under pressure
Social character with a positive attitude towards new challenges
A team player who is able to maintain excellent working relationships with clients and internal departments
