Provide full spectrum of support in HR Shared Service team including HR operation, offboarding, payroll & tax and benefit programs administration
Assist in conducting data analysis and preparing various HR reports
Support offboarding arrangement, HR documentation, and HR policies etc.
Maintain employee record and HR information system
Perform ad hoc assignments
Requirements
Degree holder in Human Resources or related disciplines
1-3 years of experience in Human Resources
Meticulous and well-organized with to-do attitudes
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Fluent in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
