- Completed HKSI 1,7,8 and IIQE 1,2,3
- 3 years of retail banking call center experience
- Handle enquires / complaints of customers
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the overall daily operation of the Customer Service Department.
- Perform the full spectrum of customer service duties, including providing support to walk-in clients and handling enquiries regarding banking, investment, and insurance via phone and email.
- Handle customer enquiries and complaints.
- Prepare and manage complaint case reports in accordance with internal procedures.
Requirements
- Diploma / Associate Degree holder or above.
- Over 3 years’ experience in retail banking / phone banking / securities.
- Customer service experience is highly preferred.
- Retail banking staff are strongly welcomed; securities firm staff are also welcome.
- Proficient in English and Cantonese, with good Mandarin.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- HKSI Modules 1, 7, 8 and IIQE Modules 1, 2, 3 (you may start the job before completing the qualifications)
