Job Details
- Perform data entry, manage client account opening processes, and conduct thorough documentation reviews to ensure full compliance with SFC and other regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with front office, middle office, back office, and relevant departments to deliver seamless and efficient onboarding experiences for institutional clients.
- Assist in preparing management reports, marketing materials, and project plans to support business development and operational improvements.
- Collaborate with sales, structuring, risk management, legal, compliance, and operations teams to resolve complex product terms and documentation issues for non-standard or sophisticated products, including negotiation where necessary.
- Serve as backup for handling client enquiries in a professional and timely manner.
- Maintain accurate client data records and ensure timely updates.
- Undertake other ad-hoc tasks as assigned to support team objectives.
Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree or above in any discipline.
- At least 2 years of relevant middle office experience in the securities or brokerage industry.
- Holders of SFC Type 1 and/or Type 4 licences preferred.
- Possession of all necessary regulatory qualifications to perform brokerage activities is an advantage.
- Highly detail-oriented, independent, reliable, with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin is essential; Cantonese is a plus).
