VP - Director, OTC Derivatives Sales

Job Responsibilities
- Drive the growth of the Equity OTC Derivatives business through institutional client coverage and close collaboration with internal stakeholders across the Financial Markets platform.
- Develop and manage relationships with institutional clients, including securities firms, asset managers, hedge funds, private equity firms, family offices, and other professional investors, to expand OTC derivatives business opportunities.
- Originate and execute derivatives transactions by supporting pricing discussions, client proposals, trade execution, and post-trade analysis.
- Prepare client presentations, product marketing materials, market updates, and tailored investment solutions to meet client needs.
- Serve as the primary contact for client enquiries, coordinate client meetings, and support business development and marketing initiatives.
- Work closely with Trading, Structuring, Risk, Legal, Compliance, and Operations teams to ensure efficient transaction execution and seamless client service.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Engineering, Statistics, or other quantitative disciplines.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in derivatives sales, structured products, equity derivatives, or financial markets.
- Solid understanding of equity derivatives, OTC products, structured solutions, and financial markets.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret market developments and deliver client-focused solutions.
- Excellent relationship management, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese
