Job Responsibilities
  • Drive the growth of the Equity OTC Derivatives business through institutional client coverage and close collaboration with internal stakeholders across the Financial Markets platform.
  • Develop and manage relationships with institutional clients, including securities firms, asset managers, hedge funds, private equity firms, family offices, and other professional investors, to expand OTC derivatives business opportunities.
  • Originate and execute derivatives transactions by supporting pricing discussions, client proposals, trade execution, and post-trade analysis.
  • Prepare client presentations, product marketing materials, market updates, and tailored investment solutions to meet client needs.
  • Serve as the primary contact for client enquiries, coordinate client meetings, and support business development and marketing initiatives.
  • Work closely with Trading, Structuring, Risk, Legal, Compliance, and Operations teams to ensure efficient transaction execution and seamless client service.

 

Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Engineering, Statistics, or other quantitative disciplines.
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in derivatives sales, structured products, equity derivatives, or financial markets.
  • Solid understanding of equity derivatives, OTC products, structured solutions, and financial markets.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret market developments and deliver client-focused solutions.
  • Excellent relationship management, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese
