We are hiring across multiple seniority levels to support the distribution of fixed income and income-enhancement fund products. Return drivers may involve systematic FX trading and notes linked to insurance policy coverage.
 
Key Responsibilities
  • 建立並維護機構、私人銀行、家族辦公室及高淨值客戶關係,透過實地拜訪與持續跟進推動資金流入(AUM增長),管理可追蹤銷售管線清晰、合規講解產品結構、收益來源、風險、流動性及費用;
  • 協調製作推介材料、DDQ回覆、條款文件及路演安排
    支援香港與新加坡的路演、投資者會議及線上活動;
  • 同步跟蹤FX/利率市場,形成面向投資者的可用話術與資訊
  • 收集客戶反饋,協助優化產品定位與目標客羣策略
  • Build client relationships with institutional investors, private banks, family offices, and HNW/UHNW clients
  • Drive AUM growth through proactive outreach, meetings, and disciplined follow-up
  • Manage a trackable sales pipeline and provide regular pipeline/market updates
  • Present product structure, return drivers, key risks, liquidity, and fees in a compliant manner
  • Coordinate investor materials (pitch decks, DDQs, terms/structures) and support roadshows/events (HK & Singapore)
  • Monitor FX/rates markets and translate insights into investor-ready messaging
  • Collect client feedback and contribute to product positioning and go-to-market strategy
  • (Senior/Head) Develop regional distribution strategy, lead/coaching, and partner engagement
  • Number and quality of qualified meetings and pipeline trackability
  • AUM growth / fundraising progress against targets
  • Investor communication quality and closed-loop follow-up
  • Strong compliance discipline and professional conduct
Requirements
  • 本科或以上學歷,金融/經濟/商科優先;
  • 具3–5年資產管理分銷、固收、外匯、結構性產品或私行銷售經驗
  • 熟悉固定收益、外匯工具及收益增強策略;能獨立拓展客戶並推動資金配置落地
  • 粵語、英語、普通話流利;須具備香港居民身份,或持有頂才通、優才、IANG、受養人簽證或其他有效工作簽證
  • 具備CFA/CAIA或SFC 149 牌相關牌照者優先;擁有新加坡/香港/澳洲機構或高淨值客戶現成網絡者優先
  • Experience in asset management distribution / fixed income / FX / structured products / private banking sales (or related)
  • Strong understanding of fixed income, FX instruments, and yield enhancement strategies
  • Proven relationship origination and ability to convert opportunities into allocations
  • Strong presentation and communication skills; clear, compliant explanation of complex strategies
  • Integrity, discretion, confidentiality mindset
  • Bachelor’s degree or above (Finance/Economics/Business preferred)
  • Network across institutional and/or HNW channels in SG/HK/Australia
  • Familiarity with MAS / SFC / ASIC sales documentation and regulatory expectations
  • CFA / CAIA or relevant licenses (where applicable)
